Development proposals at Greenferns
Overview
Over the last few months a design team appointed by Aberdeen City Council in partnership with Places for People (a national developer) and led by OPEN (a masterplanning company) have been updating the Development Framework proposals for the site identified as Greenferns (OP28 and OP33) in the Aberdeen Local Development Plan.
Why your views matter
A consultation event took place at Northfield Community Centre on Tuesday 22nd August 2017. The purpose of having the consultation event was to share work carried out to date to ensure citizens are well informed and provide an opportunity for discussion and comment on the draft Development Framework proposals.

What happens next
All comments received will be considered as part of the process of refining the draft Development Framework proposals for the Greenferns site.
