Naming of Tillydrone Community Hub

On behalf of the Tillydrone Hub Operational Group, we are running  a competition to name the new Community Hub and the rooms within. We would also like your ideas of what should be hidden in our time capsule* for Tillydrone.

*A time capsule is a container that is filled with present day things, such as newspapers, photos, letters etc., that is then hidden away buried in the path of the new community hub, for a time, and then opened in the future.

Why We Are Consulting

The Community are at the heart of this £6million development.  A representative group has been involved from the beginning. They would now like to give local residents the opportunity to name the Hub and rooms within to make sure that the communitiy are connected to  of the hub.

There is also the chance to ensure a legacy by contributing to a time capsule which will be located in the hub grounds.

What Happens Next

  • Shortlisting  - to be completed by Tillydrone Hub Operations  group in a special meeting.
