Easter in the City - Community Data Collection and Session Evaluation

Overview

The form is for community groups to fill in at the end of each session so we know how many people participated and met the criteria. Please also capture children/ young people's levels of enjoyment in your Easter in the City activity and share any impacts. Collected data may be used to report back to Scottish Government.
