Licensing Board - Onsales Overprovision

Closed 31 Oct 2018

Opened 7 Sep 2018

Overview

In order to establish the Supplementary Policy for On-Sales Overprovision the Board are seeking views on the topic.

The Board have considered the matter of localities and determined it to be reasonable that there would be different expectations on premises within the city centre from those situated in more residential areas. Accordingly, the Board have identified two localities for the purposes of on-sales overprovision:

  1. City Centre.
  2. Outwith City Centre.

These localities correspond with the distinction established for licensed hours in order to maintain consistency.

A list of all currently licensed on-sales premises, together with a note of capacity for each can be found below.

The location of those premises can be viewed here: http://accabdn.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=397aaf4ccf094e0fb0be9ff32fc3930f
