Licensing Board - Policy Statement Consultation

Overview

Following an extensive information gathering process the Aberdeen City Licensing Board are now inviting comment on the undernoted draft Statement of Licensing Policy.

The Statement has been completely revamped in an effort to make it user-friendly, clear and unambiguous. Each of the Licensing Objectives has been considered in isolation along with Supplementary Policies on a number of relevant issues.

Comments are invited on each of the Objectives and Supplementary Policies with the exception of the Off-Sales Overprovision Policy, which was the subject of a previous consultation exercise, and the Board’s Scheme of Delegation, which has also been considered separately. The On-Sales Overprovision Policy is currently the subject of its own consultation exercise.

The consultation will close on 31 October 2018.
