Closed 31 Jan 2022

Opened 24 Nov 2021

Overview

The Draft Tree and Woodland Strategic Implementation Plan, sets out the vision, priorities and an action plan for the future stewardship and expansion of Aberdeen City’s urban, street trees, rural trees, and woodlands. It provides a long-term framework for ensuring that their qualities are measurable, recognised, properly valued, protected, and permanently enshrined in the environmental fabric of the city.

Why your views matter

The purpose of this consultation is to seek the views of all who have an interest in Aberdeen’s trees and woodland.

We want to hear from members of the public and key stakeholders to better understand views on Aberdeen’s trees and woodland.  Response from the consultation will help us to shape and complete the final version of Plan which is due to be published in 2022.

You will find a copy of the Draft Tree and Woodland Strategic Implementation Plan and the Draft Environmental Review under the Related box below.
