Aberdeen Art Gallery: COVID-19 re-opening visitor survey

Closed 12 Aug 2020

Opened 5 Aug 2020

Results expected 14 Aug 2020

Feedback expected 17 Aug 2020

Overview

After five months of closure, we're almost ready to welcome visitors back to Aberdeen Art Gallery. We've been working hard to put measures in place to make sure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit. We're following Scottish Government guidance, taking on board recommendations from VisitScotland,  as well as looking at good practice from local, national and international museums and galleries who have re-opened ahead of us.

But it's also important to hear what you, our visitors, think. By completing this survey you are helping us to make sure that the visitor experience will be safe, relaxed and enjoyable for everyone.

Why your views matter

  • To keep in touch with our visitors and share how much we are looking forward to welcoming them back.
  • Reassure visitors that appropriate hygiene and social distancing measures will be in place in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit.
  • Provide visitors with an opportunity to raise any concerns they may have about visiting again post-Covid.
  • Inform any additional actions required by  AAGM ahead of re-opening.
