Overview

Aberdeen City Council (ACC) commissioned Peter Brett Associates LLP (PBA) to undertake an appraisal of transport connections to and from the new Aberdeen South Harbour (ASH) located at the Bay of Nigg in Aberdeen. 

The footprint of the new Aberdeen South Harbour is shown on the below map by the white and grey dotted area in Nigg Bay.

The aim of this study is to examine transport connectivity to/from Aberdeen South Harbour and identify appropriate transport infrastructure and connectivity upgrades to be taken forward for detailed assessment in the context of the Aberdeen City Region Deal.
