How we use your information
When you apply to become a Food Champion, Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership keeps a record of the information you provide in the application to support you to deliver the Food Champions programme.
Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership will only share this information with key partners of the Aberdeen City Food Network (Aberdeen City Council and Community Food Initiatives North East (CFINE)) and our training providers (NHS Grampian and REHIS trainers).
If you provide contact details, Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership, Aberdeen City Council, CFINE, NHS Grampian and REHIS trainers will only use these to contact you in relation to the Food Champions programme.
How long we keep your information for
We will keep your information for 12 months from the end date of your volunteering as a Food Champion for reporting purposes, after which your data will be deleted.
If you do not complete all the training elements required to become a Food Champion, we will delete the application after 12 months.
