Health Improvement Fund Application (22-23) - ROUND 2

Overview

Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership is pleased to announce the Health Improvement Fund is now open for applications!

Up to £5,000 is available to put your idea into action.

Please note we are only accepting applications for Central, North and South localities. Any projects with a Citywide focus will not be considered.

Applications will close on Thursday 19th January at midnight. Any application recieved after this will not be included in the decision making process. 

The Health Improvement Fund is available for initiatives that will improve health and wellbeing in communities across Aberdeen, either geographical communities or communities of interest.

You will be able to save your application as you go. However, you may find it beneficial to firstly complete the application on a word document, before copy and pasting your project information into this application form. A word version of this application form can be found by clicking here.
