Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership is pleased to announce the Health Improvement Fund is now open for applications!
Up to £5,000 is available to put your idea into action.
The Health Improvement Fund is available for initiatives that will improve health and wellbeing in communities across Aberdeen, either geographical communities or communities of interest.
Applications will close on Friday 6th October at midnight. Any application recieved after this will not be included in the decision making process.
