Who Can Apply?
£27,000 has been allocated to community groups across the city to supplement the delivery of activities to children and young people during the Easter Holiday Period.
Community Groups are defined as groups or organisations that are based in or running from a community in the city.
What is the criteria?
This is an underspend of funding. The same criteria apply as in 2022 activities:

You will be responsible for managing bookings to your activities. Easter in the City can share information on your project if you would like additional promotion.
There is a funding requirement to complete an evaluation at the end of your session(s).
How do you apply?
Please fill out the form below and return by Friday 24th February 2023.
The planning group will review the applications and let you know of the outcome by Thursday 2nd March 2023.
In addition to meeting the criteria, the planning group will also use the data we received from the summer and Autumn programme 2022 to ensure we are meeting the demand for activities as well as having a varied and exciting programme for children and young people to benefit from.
When you are making your application, please consider possible costs associated with booking buildings etc. You are responsible for all elements of your programme including making venue bookings.
