Aberdeen City Council is reviewing the way people who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, access services. The Council operates a culture of continuous improvement and placing the customer at the centre of all decisions that are taken. There are many challenges to overcome in the coming years and the Council aims to meet these challenges while offering the best possible service to customers. By completing this survey you are adding your voice to the future development of housing and homeless services.
