The We CARE Charter and Commitments looks to inform our customers of what good customer service should look like across all of our services.

Why your views matter

It is important to understand how well we are delivering against the We CARE Charter & Commitments.  It will tell us where we are delivering excellent customer service but also where we may need to improve.

What happens next

We will be launching the final We CARE Customer Charter & Commitments during Customer Service Week in Octobery 2019, once feedback has been gathered and the final version has been approved.
