Overview

Community Planning Aberdeen and your Locality Partnership would like to know your views on a number of issues.  These questions relate specifically to the community you live in.  The information you provide will be used to make improvements to your communities and help us to focus on the services we provide.

This survey is for all Localities and is will be filtered by postcode.

Members of Community Planning Aberdeen include: Communities, Aberdeen City Council, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, Police Scotland, NHS Grampian, Aberdeen Council of Voluntary Organisations (ACVO), and the universities and college.

Why do we need your information?

Aberdeen City Council collects this information about you in this form in order to better understand the service we provide. We collect this information on behalf of Community Planning Aberdeen.  As part of the survey you are given the option to provide your name, email and telephone number if you would like further information or to get involved. You can change your mind about this at any time. Let us know by emailing us at cityvoice@aberdeencity.gov.uk, and we will delete your name from our list. The information gathered  will be stored on the Aberdeen City Council Citizen Space account and we will keep this information for up to 12 months from the date of the survey closing. The full survey results will be used to inform us of any areas where improvement could be made.  When they become available, you can see the full results of the survey at www.communityplanningaberdeen.org.uk/cityvoice - or you can contact us at cityvoice@aberdeencity.gov.uk and we can send them to you via email or post.

 Your Information, Your Rights

 You’ve got legal rights about the way the Council handles and uses your data, which include the right to ask for a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it and to ask us to stop doing something with your data. The Council considers collecting survey data as part of its public task, in accordance with our best value duty to continuously improve. This means that we understand our legal basis for processing your data as Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

We will only provide you with further information where you actively sign up. This means we understand our legal basis for this as Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (your consent).
