How you can help deliver our Local Outcome Improvement Plan

Our children and young people, our communities, our stakeholders and staff have all supported the development of the Local Outcome Improvement Plan 2016-2026, Community Empowerment Strategy 2023-26 and the Children's Services Plan 2023-26 through our consultation to date and your continued involvement is central to supporting the delivery of the Plans.

In the Plans we are committed to taking forward improvement projects across the key priorities and your involvement is key to achieving successful outcomes. Please view the LOIP to see the list of our projects. If you are interested in getting involved in any please let us know by completing this form.

A member of the Community Planning Team or the relevant improvement project manager or Chair of the Outcome Improvement Group responsible for the project you are interested in getting involved in will get in touch to have an initial discussion on how you would like to participate.

Why your views matter

Community Planning is a way of working which means public bodies work together with communities to plan and provide better public services. Together these public bodies form a community planning partnership (CPP). In Aberdeen the CPP is called Community Planning Aberdeen.

Participation of communities and individuals to explore, develop and test ideas for improvement is a key part of developing and testing changes to help acheive our vision within the Local Outcome Improvement Plan that Aberdeen is a place where all people can prosper regardless of their background or circumstances and improve outcomes for our citizens and communities.
