Opened 23 May 2024

Overview

Monday 4th November has been chosen as the date for the Health Determinants Research Collaboration (HDRC) Aberdeen's conference, which will be named Learning Together 4 Better Lives.

The event, intended for public & 3rd sector professionals/practitioners, community members and researchers/academics, will be held at the Beach Ballroom.

The programme is still being developed, but attendees can expect to connect with local experts on a range of health-impacting topics such as food insecurity, community engagement, social prescribing, and much more.

We are excited to welcome Prof. Eugenio Proto (professor in behavioural economics) from the University of Glasgow and Prof. Katherine Smith (professor in public health policy) from Strathclyde University as our keynote speakers.

Further details to follow soon.

Please note the last day to sign up for the event will be Sunday 27th October.
